She is a professional consultant and designer with a commitment to bringing
you innovative concepts for every social situation.
EXPERTISE
Cultivating a background of coordinating parties and events for friends and
family for years, Melanie emerged as a Professional Event Coordinator and
Owner of Social Situations. She is a proud member of ISES, International
Special Events Society. She earned a certificate in Meeting and Event
Management from Northeastern University and is in the process of earning a
certificate in Special Events from George Washington University. You can be assured, when Melanie plans an
event, it will be impeccably orchestrated. With her attention to every detail and concept innovation, each event
will be a stress-free wonderful experience.
As a native and well traveled New Englander,
Melanie has partnered with numerous resources (caterers, musicians,
florists) and venues (Hotels, B&B's, mansions) within the local and
surrounding areas throughout the years. Therefore, providing you with a vast knowledge
of the resources available and developed relationships for budget-minded
price negotiations.
